Help to Buy Extended to 2021

Great news from the Scottish Government confirms funding for extension of the current Help to Buy Scheme for a further 2 years.
The extension means that the scheme remains in its current format for a further 2 years, now covering completions up to 31st March 2021. The current £200,000 threshold will also remain for the duration of the scheme meaning a help onto or up the housing ladder will be available for many more prospective home owners.
With 2, 3 and even 4 bedroom new homes qualifying for Help to Buy across our developments, you can now own your new home with as little as 5% deposit.
