Newfield North Phases 3a & 4

Hawthorn placePhase 3a at Newfield North is now completely handed over and looking great (and honestly, the sky in the photograph hasn’t been photoshopped).  With the first handovers in Phase 4 now underway, we wish a very warm Pat Munro Homes welcome to all new residents to the site and look forward to welcoming many more over the coming months.

With just three houses left for sale in Phase 4, we are in the process of finalising the housing mix for Phase 5 with a view to releasing for sale at the end of the year.  First completions are planned for the summer of 2017.  Contact us for more information.
