Final house in Newfield North reserved!

It is with great pleasure we can announce that the final house in Newfield North is now reserved, meaning we are coming to a conclusion of this specific development in Alness.
We commenced the main part of the Newfield North Development in the early part of 2014, delivering 83 Homes across both affordable and private tenures.
The first handover was on the 9th October 2014 and the final handover is projected as 15th March 2019. At the same time we are looking to complete all of the final tar to the roads and planting to the landscaped areas.
On the journey, and over and above the houses, we have completed two play parks for both younger and more mature children and a woodland walk which surrounds the SUDS facility.
Have a look at these before and after photos, from when Newfield North was just a concept to today a completed housing development, I am sure you will agree it has enhanced the town.
